  3. Acceptance of Terms: By engaging the Firm's services, the Client agrees to these Terms. If the Client disagrees with any part of these Terms, they should notify the Firm before initiating or continuing any services.


Fees and Payment

  1. Fee Structure: Fees are based on various factors, including the complexity of the case, time required, and expertise needed. Fees may be billed hourly, as a flat rate as specified in the Agreement.
  2. Payment Terms: Payments are due as outlined in the Agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.


Confidentiality

The Firm is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information disclosed by the Client. This information will not be shared with third parties without the Client's consent, except as required by law.


Limitation of Liability

The Firm will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.


Changes to Terms

The Firm reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website after any changes signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.


Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the state of Georgia.
